PV system on the stadium in Frankfurt

Our partner, PV installer LORENZ ENERGIE GmbH, has installed a PV system with a total output of 560 kWp on the stadium in Frankfurt/Main. Such a building with its large number of visitors requires very high demands on stability, load, and sound calculations to ensure the safety of the installation. Our engineers took all relevant parameters into account and, thus, optimized the design oft he mounting system to meet the high requirements of this particular roof; our TRIC F duo East/West flat roof mounting system was not ballasted here, but attached to the stadium roof with a customized special construction tailored to the specific requirements. With this innovative solution we are actively contributing to a sustainable and, of course, secure energy future and sending out a further signal for the importance of renewable energies – being located directly in the sporting heart of Frankfurt.
